Hi, my name is Jackie Crispin and I help run a 150 acre dairy farm with my husband Harvey. We have 3 wonderful girls that are married and we have 3 grandsons, 2 of them are twins. My youngest daughter has 3 foster children and is amazing with photography.....of which you will see within my site. My husband and I are also raising 3 foster children
ages 11,15 and 17 so with the farm...grandchildren..and foster childrenour life is very full.

I decided in 2006 to start raising "Shetland Sheepdogs". I owned a sable coloured border collie as a little girl. So of course I had to call her "Lassie" since that was the biggest TV show around at that time. Now you know my first sheltie had to be a sable, and even though I was tempted to call her "Lassie" I came to my senses....and called her Kaity.

My foundation bitch was from Bellwood Shelties and her name is "Bellwood's Kaity of North Ridge". Kaity is a white factored pure for sable and is a true joy to be around.

My second bitch was purchased from Shonba Shelties in Stratford Ontario. Sharon Dunbar sold me a beautiful bi black girl named "Shonba's Black N White Heirloom.

I was truly blessed in purchasing these two females and expect great things from them in the future.

While searching around for another female I became friends with Dorothy Greenaway of Greendor Shelties and Lisa Quiqley of Lurgan's Shelties (519-338-3621) and Sharon Dunbar of Shonba Shelties.

Dorothy, Lisa and Sharon have been a great help to me and I am truly grateful. Whenever I have asked questions they are quick to give me the answer or show me how to do what I have asked. I can only hope to be as helpful to other sheltie breeders in the future when needed.
